Welcome to the Website of Eastern Dooars B.Ed Training College under the University of North Bengal. There has been a long felt need of establishing a new B.Ed. as well as M.Ed. College for the Students of Jalpaiguri, especially of Dooars, and Easter Part of Alipurduar and Cooch Behar with a view to giving scope to the education degree to enhance their skill and competency to join in the Teaching Profession. Such Degree now in a knowledge base society may be treated as an essential prerequisite for becoming a teacher in a Secondary / Higher Secondary School.
